By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a course, or accessing any educational material provided by All Grade Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or its services.

All content on this website is the property of All Grade Academy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. This includes:

• Online courses, lessons, and curricula
• Videos, recordings, and audio material
• Written materials, PDFs, worksheets, and notes
• Quizzes, question banks, and assessment material
• Logos, branding, graphics, and visual identity
• Lesson structures and teaching methods
• Website content, code, and downloadable resources

Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing, reselling, or sharing any of this content without written permission is prohibited.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use that content for your own personal study. You may not:

• Share your login details or access code with anyone else
• Record, screen-capture, or download course videos
• Upload course material to any other platform or service
• Redistribute content publicly or privately, including in group chats
• Use the content for any commercial purpose
• Create derivative works based on our courses
• Resell any material or resource

Accounts found sharing access may have that access removed without a refund.

You may not:

• Republish course content on websites, social media, forums, or marketplaces
• Share materials via WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services
• Reproduce lessons for use in competing educational products
• Copy our branding, logos, or visual identity

We investigate suspected violations and may pursue the remedies available to us under Egyptian law.

You may not use any part of our content — including video, audio, images, or written material — for AI training, voice cloning, synthetic media, machine learning datasets, or automated content reproduction. Attempting to imitate or replicate our instructors’ voice, appearance, or teaching style using artificial intelligence is prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

Accounts must contain accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts involved in access sharing, abuse, or breaches of these Terms.

Parent accounts may view the progress and results of a linked student. Students link a parent by sharing their pairing code, and can ask us to remove that link.

Course access is granted through an access code issued after payment. Each code unlocks one course for one account and can be used once.

We do not offer cash refunds. If a course is not right for you, contact us and we will exchange it for another course of equal value.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control may cause temporary interruption.

We collect the information you provide at signup — your name, email, phone number, grade, and governorate — to give you access to your courses and to contact you about them. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
